I've always enjoyed creating some sort of art. Oil paints on canvas are my current and favorite medium, having completed a few hundred canvases over the last 15 years.

 

Most of them are landscapes, imaginary places that I may or may not have set out to create. Sometimes they turn into something different as I paint.

Prefer to use vivid, rich pallets of color, boldness of deep tones over faded, muted colors.

 

Always enjoyed what I call 3D art, such as model building, diorama creations, repairing and rejuvenating old pieces of whatever I might come across;  statues, furniture, trinkets, etc.. I've recently begun writing short stories as a means of artistic enjoyment and have two published books.
